January 23rd 2010, Wounded Warrior Project will hold their 2nd annual Golf Tournament at the Rotunda Golf and Country Club, and TWE will sponsor a warbird fly out during the event.

We are proud to become a contributor to the Wounded Warrior Project, an organization that raises awareness and enlists the public’s aid for the needs of severely injured service men and women.

As of January, 2010, Trudeau Warbird Enterprises will celebrate the completion of our first, and very successful year at the Charlotte County Airport (KPGD). Our four king size hangars are barely enough to house all our maintenance projects, along with the hundreds of thousands of T-28 Parts we have recently added to our stock.

November 11th thru the 15th, 2009 The Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall stopped in Laishley Park in Punta Gorda, FL. Trudeau Warbirds’ participated in a memorial fly-over with our customers on the 11th. The Fly-over went well, with a great turn-out of Warbirds; two T-28s’, two O-2s’, a T-34, a T-13, and a SNJ-5. We were proud to honor our Veterans.

At this time, we sadly note the death of a dear friend of ours. Delton, an integral member of our staff recently passed away after a short illness. Well known in the warbird community, his immense experience and knowledge of T-28’s helped get Trudeau Warbird Enterprises off the ground. His personality, charm, and integrity will be sorely missed. Thank you, Delton, you will always be a part of our family.
